卡通馒头~~圣诞雪人与花圈(Christmas Snowman & Wreath)


 今晚平安夜,各大社交网站都看到好多圣诞美食图片

我也手痒痒玩玩面粉

做了这个雪人与花圈馒头

说起这馒头还真泄气

酵母竟然归西了,以为发到位了,哪知一开盖竟然没反应

死面一团。。。哭死

伤心加挣扎的时刻,再次称起材料

幸亏还有未开包的酵母

继续玩面团去咯


第二次就出了绿色是使用抹茶粉外

红色就是使用食用色素了

搓搓搓。。。捏捏捏。。。卷卷卷

用时45分钟才做了2个

还不错还不错。。。继续加油吧


食谱做法参考{下厨房}

材料都是1个馒头的量

特幼包粉 Supreme Pau Flour 70g

牛奶 Milk 33~40g

细砂糖 Fine Sugar 7g

玉米油 Corn Oil 5g

即发干酵母 Instant Dry Yeast 0.5g

做法 method

1。所有材料揉成光滑面团分割成:

     Knead the ingredients until dough become smooth.

     60g加入1.5g抹茶粉成绿面团 add matcha powder

     25g加入红丝绒与红曲粉成红面团 add red velvet paste & red yeast powder

     24g白面团 original dough

     1g适量竹炭粉成黑面团 add dark charcoal 


2。绿色面团分割成3分,分别 搓长大概30cm长。然后卷成辫子。割除尾端不整齐的,然后摆成圆形。

    Green dough: divide into 3 and roll the dough become 30cm strip. Cut off unwanted , then braided and  rounded.


3。把多余的绿色面团杆平压出叶子形状。抹少许牛奶在面团上然后粘在花圈上。再把红色面团搓几粒小圆团成红果子。

     Flatten the remaining green dough and press a leaf using cookies cutter. Use some milk and stick on the wreath. Using some red dough to roll fews red fruits stick on the leaf.



4。10克白面团,搓圆。红色面团滚圆杆平,切出三角形,然后包在白面团1/3部分。再搓长白面团粘做帽檐,白小圆面团成帽子毛球。
     Roll round 10g original dough. Flatten red dough and cut into triangle shape,cover 1/3 of the original dough. Roll stripe a original dough stick on the hat and small round original dough on the top of the hat.


5。杆平红色面团当围巾,黑色小面团当眼睛。然后放在花圈内。等待发酵15分钟。
    Use red dough to make a scarf,black dough as eyes. And the put the snowman in the wreath. Wait 15 minutes for fermentation.

6。 时间到,水滚中火蒸10分钟。闷5分钟,再开个小缝。待10分钟再取出。
      Boiled water and steam for 10 minutes. Simmer for 5 minutes. Then open a small gap of the lid for 10 minutes .
