南瓜の宴 # 2~~南瓜发糕(Pumpkin Steam Cupcake)


知道昨天是观音诞
一早起身
赶快用了前天留下的南瓜泥
做了5粒小发糕
金黄金黄的发糕
越看越喜欢
这次真的是趁热奉给观音娘娘了
哈哈




南瓜发糕 (Pumpkin Steam Cupcake)

材料/Ingredients:
低筋面粉/Low Protein Flour 70g
粘米粉/Rice Flour 30g
发粉/Baking Powder 1/2 tsp
南瓜泥/Mashed Pumpkin 135g
细砂糖/Fine Sugar 70g
清水/Water  85ml

做法/Method:
1.)细砂糖和清水混合至糖溶解。备用。
Dissolve water & sugar together.Set aside.
2.)低筋面粉、粘米粉和发粉一起过筛,加入南瓜泥,再把(1)的水加入,混合均匀。
Shift low protein flour,rice flour & baking powder together,add the mashed pumpkin,and pour water from(1) ,mix well.
3.)开火煮滚蒸锅的水,把面糊倒入纸杯里至9分满。
Heat the water in the steamer till boil,pour mixture into paper till 90% full.
4.)盖锅盖大火蒸15分钟,或竹签插入无粘连物即可。
Cover & steam with high heat till cooked,or use a stick test it.
