好久没回来这里打扫了
蜘蛛网灰尘处处在
突然想念这里,回来打打扫
最近忙着照顾孩子店面两边跑
有点累
但是仍然会下下厨
很爱吃糖醋排骨
曾经在香港一间酒家吃过
从那时开始就喜欢上了
那时不爱下厨所以完全没想过煮
现在当了家庭主妇,每天想当天的菜肴
就这样就有了煮的机会了
糖醋排骨 Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs
材料 Ingredients
子弹排骨 Bullet Ribs 500g
绍兴酒 Shaoxing Wine 1tbsp
酱油 Soy Sauce 2tbsp
冰糖 Rock Sugar 3tbsp
醋 Vinegar 4tbsp
八角 Star anise 1pc
热水 Hot water
做法 Method
1. 排骨放入热水汆烫,捞起备用。
Quick boil the Pork Ribs and pick up set aside
2.锅内放入少许食油,倒入排骨翻炒至两面微焦。
Pour some oil into fry pan , put in Pork Ribs and fry till coke abit
3.加入绍兴酒、酱油、冰糖、醋和八角,再倒入热水,莫过排骨即可,加盖小火焖煮30分钟。
Add in Shaoxing wine,soy sauce,rock sugar, vinegar and star anise. Lastly pour some hot water till fully cover the Ribs. Cover with lid and cook for 30mins with low heat.
4.开盖然后开大火至水收干即可盛盘。
Remove the lid and turn to high heat, cook till water fully dry and it's done!
