传统花生饼 Traditional Peanut Cookies


接近农历新年还有多少天呢?
看见好多网友开始做年饼了
我也抵不住诱惑了
买了花生粒,开了烤炉,去了衣
再磨成粉
虽然工多,可是这才算真正的手工饼干吧!


朋友问我没卖年饼吗?
我说厨房的电路有点问题
怕烤太多可能会发生灾难 呵呵
所以今年就休息一年吧


传统花生饼 Traditional Peanut Cookies
花生粉 Finely Ground Peanut 300g
中筋面粉 Multipurpose Flour 300g
糖粉 Icing Sugar 120g
花生油 Peanut Oil 150g

做法 Method
1. 中筋面粉与糖粉过筛,加入花生粉拌匀。
Sift multipurpose Flour and icing Sugar together, add in ground Peanut and mix well.
2. 加入花生油,混合成团。
Add in Peanut oil , combine well until perform a dough.
3.用量匙勺出一颗面团,滚圆,排在烤盘上,抹上蛋液。
Use a measuring teaspoon to spoon a small dough, roll well and put on baking pan, slightly egg wash.
4. 放入预热烤箱170°©,烤20分钟。
Put in preheat oven, 170°©, back for 20 mins.

自制花生粉 Homemade Ground Peanut
花生粒放入预热烤箱160°©,烤29分钟,期间用勺子翻一边。
烤好待冷却去衣,再磨成粉状。
Preheat oven 160°©, bake Peanut for 20 Mins, use a wooden spoon slightly stir after a while.
After cooled, peeled down the skin and ground into powder.
