完美绝配~~香蕉坚果戚风蛋糕 (Banana & Nuts Chiffon)


你驾车有打讯号灯的习惯吗?
我。。。。。有
可是在路上往往看到很多讨厌的司机
不爱打讯号灯
如果后方的车子一时没注意
司机就突然转弯
那么后方的车子不是撞上去了?
到时,又是谁的错?
在大马的交通规则里
往往都是后方车子的错
不管你前方的司机是否有打讯号灯
如果你车子撞上前方的车子
你。。。。肯定大祸临头了
所以你要习惯打讯号灯
你要习惯在有转弯处把速度放缓


难得能够留下几条香蕉
千吩万咐不能把香蕉吃完
想不到他们真的很听话
妈咪没白疼了
哈哈哈
前几天搜索食谱
看到Masa老师的香蕉& Nuts蛋糕
当下就下决定要这个蛋糕
虽然老师是使用核桃胡桃的
我就就地取材把冰箱的杏仁、榛果和腰果取代老师的坚果类
一口蛋糕、满嘴蕉香
还能咬到坚果
哇。。。这个组合我好喜欢

为了再次参加奶月专题
所以把食谱里的清水改去牛奶
而也把坚果加得多多
呵呵呵


食谱参考:Masa老师 with minor adjustment
Mold Size :8"
材料/Ingredients:
低筋面粉/Low Protein Flour/Cake Flour -----140g
蛋黄/Egg Yolks -----5 pcs
细砂糖/Fine Sugar ----- 60g
粟米油/Corn Oil -----70ml
牛奶/Milk ----- 60ml
香蕉泥/Mashed Banana -----200g
坚果碎/Crushed Nuts -----80g
蛋白/ Egg Whites -----6pcs
细砂糖/Fine Sugar -----40g

做法/Method:
1.在一个大碗里,把蛋黄和60g的糖搅打至泛白。
In a large bowl, whisked the yolk with 60g fine sugar till fluffy.
2.顺序加入粟米油、牛奶,坚果碎和香蕉泥,混合均匀。
Add in the corn oil, milk ,crushed nuts and mashed banana,blend well..
3.筛入低筋面粉,混合至无颗粒状态。
Shift in the cake flour,mix well.
4.在另一个干净的碗,分次加入40g的细砂糖打发至尾端呈尖形。
In a another clean large bowl, regularly add in 40g fine sugar to beat the egg whites till sift peak form.
5.勺蛋白霜入蛋黄糊内,混合均匀 。
Fold the egg whites into yolk mixture till completely mixed well.
6.倒入模内,轻敲出面糊内的气泡。
Gently pour into the mold,knock the mold few times to knock out the air pocket.
7.放入预热烤箱,150度,60分钟。
Put into the preheat oven, bake for 150degrees,60minutes.
8.烤后,取出倒扣,待凉。
After baked,immediately take out from the oven,invert the mold on the rack & let it cool completely.

温馨提示:在切碎坚果前,先烤香坚果。150度,5分钟。
Notes: Before crush the nuts,bake it in oven for 5 mins 150'degress

  5. 我也是个奉公守法的好司机,遇湾减速,亮讯号灯,遇上路对面路发生车祸,我不鸡婆,减速看热闹,造成堵车。。。。。
    这样可不可以吃你的戚风啊?

  9. The driver over here is more crazy, lot of people don't follow even the basic driving rules! Cut into the lanes and didn't stop at red light are the common issues.

    Your banana chiffon looks soft and light, one big slice please:)
