白咖啡香草牛奶燕菜月饼 (White Coffee Vanilla Milk Jelly Moon Cake)


早已做好了几款月饼,可是无奈天不作美每天都天阴阴的
无法提起拍照的心情
昨天国庆日,悠闲赖在家,忙完家务
一看阳光普照,心情来了
赶紧为我的月饼们拍下美照做个纪念吧
虽然技术不如人,可是看着这些充满阳光气息的照片
心情是愉快的





其实想做双色,咖啡~牛奶~咖啡
可是,隔天脱模白色的参进了咖啡
所以白色不鲜明,反而看起来好像裂了




蛋黄燕菜仍然是南瓜做的,想要食谱的可以参考~这里
Jelly egg yolk is using pumpkin in it,you can refer~  here
馅料做法 Method for filling:
1。香草荚用刀子割开,刮出香草籽放入牛奶内,再把香草壳放入,其余材料一起倒入煮滚,勺适量分量筛入满芬模内,再把一粒南瓜蛋黄放在正中央。待冷却放入冰厨冷藏至凝固。脱模备用。
Use a knife split the vanilla bean into two halves,scrape the pod halves and scrape into milk and together with the pod,add in others ingredients and cook till boiled. Spoon the vanilla milk and shift into muffin mold. Put the pumpkin jelly yolk in the center. After cool,put into fridge let it completely solidified.Unmold and set aside.

皮料做法 Skin :
1.将所有材料放入锅中,煮滚,勺1/3燕菜入模内,待稍微凝固,放入香草牛奶馅,用牙签把四周稍微刮一刮,再把其余燕菜倒入至满模。待冷却,放入冰厨至完全凝固,即可脱模享用。
Put all ingredients into a pot,cool till boiled.Spoon 1/3 of the jelly into jelly mold,till a bit solidified,put the vanilla milk filling into center,use a tooth pick scratch the side,pour into the remaining jelly till full,let it cool then put into the fridge till completely solidified. Then you can unmold and cut pieces to eat.

      用一支牙签轻轻在它的边缘刮开就能轻易脱模了

  15. 想请问一下,如果不要放牛奶可以直接换成水吗?换成水味道会不会怪怪的?
    你的JELLY POWDER是(遮哩粉/果冻粉)INSTANT JELLY 还是(燕菜粉)AGAR-AGAR POWDER?

    1. 你是说內馅的牛奶吗?可以换成水的,不过味道我不敢保证。
      我的食谱都只用agar agar 粉。
