迷你芝香上海月饼 #2 （Mini Chezzy Shanghai Moon Cake #2)

我想，这款月饼是不可能错过的吧？
简单、好吃、不腻、香脆
无论多忙，我肯定不肯错过的
今年改走迷你路线
发觉这样我反而可以多做几款的月饼
这样送礼可不失礼啦

食谱用回之前

馅料 Filling:

莲蓉馅 秤25g一粒 Divide to 25g each

咸蛋黄 12 pcs Salted Egg Yolk

(蛋黄包入莲蓉馅内 Wrap in Egg Yolk into Lotues Paste)

装饰 Dressing：

黑芝麻 适量 Black Sesame Seeds 

蛋液 Egg for glaze

做法 Method：

1.）把面粉、糖粉、奶粉和蛋黄粉过筛在钢盆内。

Shift flour,icing sugar,milk powder and custard powder into a bowl.

2.）加入奶油，用手指捏压混合均匀。

Mix with butter ,well combine using finger.

3.）再把鸡蛋打入，揉成团。

Add in egg and mix become a dough.

4.）秤25g，包入馅料。

Divide 25g,wrap in filling.

5.）扫上蛋液，撒上黑芝麻/葵花籽。放入预热烤箱。

Glaze with egg yolk,sprinkle some black sesame.Bake in preheat oven.

6.）150度，35分钟。

150*c degrees,35 minutes.
