初登场~~蛋塔(Egg Tart)

你爱蛋塔吗?

大恐龙仔每次去到面包店
都必定要求我买的
有一次竟然要求买6粒给他解馋
我当时真的傻了眼
他真的爱蛋塔爱得接近疯狂
可惜他老妈我的蛋塔永远无法登得出大场面
所以我从来没有一个贴是蛋塔的

这次突然心血来潮
很想做给他吃
让他感受一下这个老妈的
[爱之塔]
哈哈哈哈哈



食谱:黑妈妈
Recipe adapted from Heimama
蛋馅Filling
鸡蛋 Eggs 5 pcs
糖 Sugar 120g
热水 Hot water 350g
淡奶 Evaporated Milk 100g

做法 Method:
糖放入热水内搅至糖溶化,待冷却。
Pour the sugar into the hot water stir until dissolve ,let it completely cool.
鸡蛋稍微打散,加入淡奶搅匀。
Lightly whisk the egg,pour in the evaporated milk,stir well.
把所有材料混合,过筛。
Combine all the ingredients together,shift the mixture.

塔皮 Tart Dough
材料/Ingredients:
面粉 Flour 300g
卡士达粉 Custard Powder 2 tbsp
奶粉 Full Cream Milk Powder 2tbsp
糖 Sugar 1tbsp
鸡蛋 Egg 1 pc
奶油 Butter 200g (室内软化 RoomTemperature)

做法/Method:
过筛粉类,把所有材料混合成团即可。
Shift the flour,custard powder,& milk powder, add in all the ingredients together roll to become a soft dough.
分割一小团大概30g,用两只拇指按捏进塔模内。
Put a small portion of the dough about 30g,press the dough into the tart mold using your thumbs.
把多余的面团割掉。
Cut out the excess dough.
倒入蛋液,放入余热烤箱,160度烤20分钟。
Pour the filling bake into the preheat oven for 160 degrees 20mins.

    1. 黛丝,其实饼皮不难,要烤得塔馅滑滑那才考功夫,我偏偏每次都衰在塔馅。。

    I have been experiencing a lot of difficulties baking this recipe last year. The pastry shrunk and the egg tart is like titanic sinking in the shrinking pastry... LOL! I rolled the pastry instead of pressing it into the mould. I think I should try your method.
