牛奶红茶餐包 (Milk Tea Buns)



今年7月时做过一款伯爵红茶戚风,之后也忘了收在柜子里的“它”
昨天在柜子找东西,竟然让我发现“它”
有点惭愧,竟然忘了“它”的存在
它~~伯爵红茶包
很少在家泡红茶,享受英式下午茶
上班族嘛,哪有这么写意?
所以这些红茶包也是被我用在烘培上多

把这些红茶叶加入面包里头,味道是如何呢?
这次就来玩玩茶叶面包
呵呵呵


牛奶红茶餐包 Milk Tea Buns
6吋圆模~6颗+4颗香肠卷
6inch round cake pan 
~6 pieces+4pieces sausage buns

伯爵茶包 Earl Grey Tea Bags 2 packs
牛奶 Milk 160ml
高筋面粉 High Protein Flour 180g
低筋面粉  Low Protein Flour 20g
即发干酵母 Instant Dry Yeast 2g
细砂糖 Granulated Sugar 25g
Salt 1/8 tsp
无盐奶油 Unsalted Butter 15g
Topping : Cheddar Cheese

做法 Method :
1.牛奶加热微滚,放入1包红茶包,浸泡3分钟。取出红茶包,放入冰厨冷却,备用。
Heat milk till boil,put 1 pack of tea bag and soak for 3 minutes.Remove tea bag,put the tea in fridge to cool,set aside.

2.所有材料除无盐奶油,把另一包茶叶包撕开,茶叶加入,慢慢加入奶茶混合成团,再把奶油加入,揉出薄膜。
Mix all ingredients,except butter and tear another tea bag,put all the tea leaves together and slowly pour in the milk tea,knead to become a dough.Then ,add in butter continued knead till elastic and have membrane.

3.将面团盖着发酵双倍大,取出面团,排除气体,分割面团,滚圆。
Cover dough and rise till double the size,remove dough and press out the air,divide dough,round the dough.

4.把滚圆的面团放入模内,待发酵40分钟。
Put round dough into pan,rise for 40 minutes.

5.预热烤箱,170度,烤15分钟.
Preheat oven,bake in 170 degrees and 15 minutes.

  6. 面包,我喜欢吃的。嘻嘻嘻 。。。。。。。 就是学校假期了。脚步也自然放慢。也是有点忙。所以这个面包迟迟才出炉。 :) :) 所以今天才能交上功课。
