斑馬疯~~斑馬牛油蛋糕(Zebra Butter Cake)

看了晶美女做了斑馬磅蛋糕
自己心思思也想做
肥就肥吧
食譜更改了少許
因爲想牽只斑馬回家

Recipe Adapted :Rasa Malaysia
7inch square mold

材料:
250g 无盐奶油(置于室温)
200g 特幼面粉
1茶匙 泡打粉
180g 细砂糖
4粒 B级鸡蛋
1/2茶匙 盐
4汤匙 鲜奶
1茶匙 香草精

Ingredients
250g unsalted Butter(at room temperature)
200g superfine flour
1tsp baking powder
180g castor sugar
4 eggs(Size B)
1/2 tsp salt
4 tbsp fresh milk
1tsp vanilla extract
1tbsp dark Cocoa Powder(add in 2 tbsp of warm water)

Method
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Lightly grease the pan with butter.
Mix the flour & baking powder and sieve.
Add in salt,mix well.
Beat butter with sugar until white & fluffy.
Add in eggs one by one.Have to make sure the previous egg had mix well with the butter.
Then can pour another one.
Add in vanilla extract & fresh milk.
Mix well.
Pour 1/2of the mixture to another bowl,mix with dark cocoa powder .
Scoop white mixture into the centre of the pan,then follow by dark mixture.
Shake well after all the mixture had been pour into the pan.
Bake 40mins or use a cake tester to test.
Remove from oven & let it cool.

絕處逢生 ~~ 草莓可可相思蛋糕(Strawberry Cocoa Ogura Cake)

近一個多月來
發生了太多事情
使我無法把心思放入愛好中
也停止了將近這麽久的更新

往往人在絕處中
都能找到出路
而我
很幸運的找到了








草莓可可相思蛋糕
(7寸方模)

材料(A):
蛋黃 100克
牛奶 60毫升
粟米油 50毫升
全蛋 1粒
鹽 1/8茶匙
特幼麵粉 70克
黑可可粉 1茶匙(與2大匙溫水攪勻)
草莓粉 1大匙(與2大匙溫水攪勻)

材料(B):
蛋白 200克
細砂糖 75克

做法:
1.)全蛋與蛋黃打至起小泡,加入牛奶、粟米油攪勻,再把特幼麵粉和鹽拌入,攪拌均勻。(避免風吹)
2.)把蛋白打至硬性發泡,與步驟(1)的材料以切拌方式拌勻。
3.)把麵糊分二,一份放入黑可可粉,一份放入草莓粉,攪拌均勻。
4.)先把其中一色的麵糊倒入模内,再接著倒入另一色的麵糊。輕敲把氣泡敲出。
5.)放入預熱烤箱,165度,烤55分鐘。
6.)烤好,倒扣放涼。放入冰箱冷藏片刻再吃,風味更佳。
